Integration Line

The Automation line is designed for MDVD process (Multi Drill and Valve Drill). The Conveyor Transfer is handled by a Gantry unit to Runout checking (if the result is NG, it transfer to NG Conveyor ). Afterwards, the Workpiece is positioned and pick by the robot to be placed in MDVD Machine. Next, The robot pick the after machined Workpiece and place to Washing Conveyor. It transfers to Washing machine for washing and drying process.

Inspection & Measurement

Automatic Visual Inspection Machine has an capabilities to perform quality inspection on piston surface, it is divided into several area. Industrial robot and vision camera technology is to assure that the machine has good repeatability and precise accuracy. It starts from loading to basket input until re-arrange the OK Work Piece (WP) at Ok Basket. Therefore, customer is able to maintain their delivery quality and actual inspection data could be use for further analyse to assure the quality and production process.
