CNC Baritori Grinding Machine
Special Purpoce machine for Engine Head and Engine Block grinding process. The machine has 2 translation axis where the spindle move forward and backward perpendicular on x axis. Workpiece’s fixture and clamping translate and rotate on Y axis. Translation movement is needed to feeding process on burry and rotation movement for feeding the side of Engine Head and Engine Block
Auto Buffing Machine
Automation buffing is designed to clean the rubber, which is attached on metal plate ,until it reach the clean requirement. The machine is run automatically but the material input load manually.
End Tip Grinding Machine
Tip End Grinding Finish is a machine that has a function to soften the surface of the end tip of a valve after roughing process.
The transfer mechanism is constructed by a Loader Unit, Slider Unit, Ejector Unit, and Workout Assy. Workpiece (valve) is loaded through a gate at loader unit. The workpiece falls down to Slider Unit, Slider Unit carries workpiece to Spindle Unit. After grinding process at Spindle Unit finished, slider returns to its home position and Ejector Unit pushes the workpiece to Workout Assy to be unloaded.
